How Much Does This Service Cost?

Move Concierge is a complimentary service!

If your service is free, how do you get paid?

We are compensated by the service providers because we’re an authorized dealer. And we don’t surcharge your clients or add any fees to what they would normally pay if they set up their services on their own.

I’m not moving for another month or so, should I go ahead and enter an application?

Yes, the earlier, the better. The perfect time to submit is three weeks before you will be in your new home.

I am moving in as early as tomorrow – can you help?

Yes! Give us a call as soon as possible. Some providers take 24 hours before they can initiate a service.

I’ve been in my house for 10 years — can Move Concierge help me?

Yes! Move Concierge is not just here to make move-ins easy… we’re here for the long haul. We’re here to help you compare electricity, internet and cable rates. You can also check out new promotions when your contract is up. And, we can help get you referrals for house repairs and improvements.

Shouldn’t I just transfer my current utilities to my new house?

Nope. Most of the time, we get to hook you up with greater options in technology and better pricing.

I usually do this myself, why should I use your service?

Our primary focus is to save our customers time, money, and stress. Save yourself hours of time on hold listening to horrible hold music. We’ll take care of that. Spend more time doing what is most important to you.

I know someone that is moving. Will your service be complimentary to them as well?

Our service is complimentary for everyone!

Does your company handle just utilities?

Good question. “Home services” is a big list. We also handle security, satellite/cable, internet, home phone, cell phone, and more.

Can I schedule a specific appointment with my concierge?

We encourage you to make an appointment. It makes our process as convenient as possible. But appointments are not required. A typical appointment only takes 20 minutes.

How do I sign up?

We make it super easy. Visit ‘Contact Us‘ and fill out your information. After signing up, your personal concierge will contact you within one business day.

Can you disconnect my current utilities?

We would if we could, but we can’t. Because you might be able to imagine the problems that would follow if non-account holders were able to disconnect other people’s service, only an account holder can process a cancellation of a utility or home service connection. We’re happy to assist though and can walk your client through what they need to do to process the disconnections.

Do I get better deals if I use Move Concierge?

You get the best deals offered. Plus, our vendors provide exclusive deals for Move Concierge customers.

What do you do with my personal information?

We will never sell your information to anyone. Additionally, any personal information collected to set up your services is deleted from our secure system after all your orders have been placed and activated.
